Admin and support

Change certificate and access after setup, check status, and get help.

After the wizard, sign in and open https://<instance-address>/admin. Shared tabs cover the certificate, access (the same sign-in options as setup), instance status, and logs. Your product may add extra tabs (storage, models, VPN peers, and so on).

Admin console certificate tab — Admin is where you rotate the certificate, adjust sign-in, and check that services are up.

If the page will not load

SSH with the key pair you chose at launch. Confirm the instance is running and that TCP 443 is allowed from your IP. Then email support with the product name, instance ID, and region — not passwords.
